eAGLE STREET TOWNHOUSES

The Eagle Street Townhouses are an infill project in the town of Newmarket. Existing homes flanking the site on both sides required sensitive treatment to ensure existing trees and shrubs surrounding the existing homes were maintained. New plantings and fencing were proposed to ensure privacy for the existing neighbourhood while providing beautiful backyards for the new homes . Decorative acoustic fencing on top of a stone-faced wall with feature plantings, metal fencing and matching pilasters at the entrance highlight and soften the project along the Eagle Street frontage.
