The Residences of FOXBRIDGE

The Residences of Foxbridge is a proposed 47 unit condominium development situated within an existing single family home subdivision and adjacent to the Foxbridge Golf Course in Uxbridge. MSA worked closely with the developer to create a design that was complementary to the existing neighbourhood while achieving the features and requirements for zoning and site plan approval. The development is to be marketed towards retired, mobile couples who enjoy golf.
